Return Policy

Items are eligible for a refund provided they are returned in their original, undamaged, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

You will receive 100% of the merchandise's retail price. Original shipping charges won't be refunded. Buyer pays return shipping.

To initiate a return, email info@heritageseaweed.com with your reason. Then, pack your item securely. If you don't have the original shipping container, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Include a note with your original order number and list of items you are returning.

After we receive the returned items, it may take up to 5 business days for funds to appear back on your original form of payment.
